Michigan Fresh publishes fact sheet on squash

Michigan Fresh has published a fact sheet about the storage and preservation of squash. Summer squash is available in Michigan July through September.

The fact sheet includes food safety tips, such as preventing cross-contamination by harmful bacteria and information on how to prepare squash to be stored.
