The 23rd-ranked Michigan State women's golf team claimed its first tournament victory of the season by winning the Briar's Creek Invitational on Tuesday with an 8-under-par 856 (283-288-285). Junior Allyson Geer-Park earned medalist honors for the second time this season, winning the individual title with a 13-under-par 203 – the lowest 54-hole tournament score in program history.
