On an emotional night at the Breslin Center, Michigan State senior guard Cassius Winston had a double-double with 17 points and 11 assists and five players scored in double figures as the No.1-ranked Spartans beat Binghamton, 100-47.
Winston started and played 20 minutes on the day after his younger brother, Zachary, a sophomore basketball player at nearby Albion College, passed away.
