Michigan State's baseball program will hold a walk-on tryout meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 28 at 4 p.m. in room 300 in Jenison Field House.
In order to be eligible for the meeting, and subsequent tryout, Michigan State students must:
• be registered in 12 credit hours as a full-time MSU student and be in good academic standing (minimum cumulative grade-point average: 2.5)
• be declared eligible by the NCAA clearinghouse
• be prepared to pass tests for any performance-enhancing and/or street drugs
• pass any background check
Tryouts will take place the following week, but students must attend the informational meeting in order to tryout.
