Several Spartans set to compete in USATF Outdoor Championships

Four athletes with MSU connections will compete in the USA Track and Field Outdoor Championships from June 21-14 in Des Moines, Iowa. Current Spartan Jerimiah Evans (discus), recent graduates Katelyn Daniels (discus) and Tim Ehrhardt (decathlon/polevault) and former All-American Tori Franklin (triple jump) will all be competing.

Franklin, the current American record holder in the triple jump (14.84m), will compete in the triple jump final on Thursday, June 21, beginning at 5:15 p.m. She helped guide the Michigan State women to the 2015 Big Ten Outdoor title. She was a seven-time All-American with MSU from 2012-15.
