The Environmental Science and Policy Program at Michigan State University is inviting K-12, undergraduate and graduate students to contribute artwork to its premier annual event, the Fate of the Earth Symposium, held on March 24 at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center.
The Fate of the Earth Symposium series explores the challenges and opportunities of enhancing human well-being while protecting the environment.
This year, the symposium is focused on bringing together people of all ages to explore environmental issues and solutions from a wide range of perspectives.
Students are asked to submit digital images of their artwork to be displayed during the event. Artwork will also be used in the program and other printed materials.
The artwork should be related to humans’ relationship with the environment.
The deadline to submit is 5 p.m. March 9. Creators of accepted work will be notified by March 10.
Lin Liu and Stephen Vrla can be contacted with questions.
Artwork as an image or video file may be submitted here.
