The Michigan State University Board of Trustees will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Board Room of the Hannah Administration Building. Please note the time and day change.
Following are several items the board will consider.
- Adoption of the 2015-16 budget development guidelines, including tuition rates.
- Adoption of an amended smoking ordinance that would prohibit smoking and the use of tobacco products on campus.
- Authorization to proceed with redevelopment of the former State Police post site.
- Approval of a number of personnel items, including three dean and two interim dean positions.
In addition, the board will receive reports from the president and board chairman, the gifts, grants and contracts report; and consider several other personnel items.
