James Anthony, professor of epidemiology and biostatistics in the College of Human Medicine, has been elected a member of the Johns Hopkins Society of Scholars.
Induction of new members will take place at 4 p.m. April 7 in Leith Symington Griswold Hall at the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University.
Anthony’s research accomplishments appear in more than 300 published articles and books and have been recognized with awards and honors. He has been elected president of the Alpha Chapter of the Delta Omega Society, chairman of the Section of Epidemiology and Public Health of the World Psychiatric Association, fellow of the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology and more.
