MSU junior Yurika Tanida has been named the Big Ten Golfer of the Week. Tanida posted the best finish of her career at the Glass City Invitational in Toledo, Ohio, earlier this week as she tied for fourth place.
Michigan State Baseball Golf Outing set for Sept. 27
MSU Baseball's 2019 Golf Outing will take place Friday, Sept. 27 at Forest Akers West Golf Course. Fans are invited for a day of golf, food and fun, capped off with some baseball, all to support the MSU baseball program.
Homecoming game against Indiana set for 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 28
The Big Ten Conference announced on Monday that the MSU Homecoming game against Indiana will kick off at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28 in Spartan Stadium. The game will be televised on BTN.
Spartans post clean sweep of UNC, 3-0
MSU earned a 3-0 victory over visiting North Carolina in a Sunday matinee at Jenison Field House. The Spartans are now 6-1 on the season through three weeks of non-conference play, and UNC falls to 1-6, with three of their losses coming to Big Ten squads.
