Barbara Reeves, secretary in the Department of Teacher Education, died Sept. 7. Reeves joined the staff in 1974 and retired in 2004. 

Gerald Davis, a physiology professor, died Sept. 17. Davis joined the staff in 1988 and retired in 2006. 

Helen Irvine, dean of Human Medicine, died Sept. 30. Irvine joined the staff in 1996 and retired in 2016. 

Gunnar Peterson, building supervisor at Owen Graduate Center, died Sept. 25. Peterson joined the staff in 1961 and retired in 1987.

Jean Steavens, an agricultural engineering secretary, died Sept. 24. Steavens joined the staff in 1979 and retired in 1999. 

Colleen Buffington, a service worker at the Owen Graduate Center, died Sep. 17. Buffington joined the staff in 1994. 

Gary Connor, an agricultural engineering technician, died Sep. 21. Connor joined the staff in 1966 and retired in 1992. 

William Mills, an MSU Extension educator, died Sept. 17. Mills joined the staff in 1973 and retired in 2007.

Shelia Adams, a dining service assistant manager, died Sept. 19. Adams joined the staff in September 2016.

Betty Kletke, a mail processor for University Printing, died Sept. 16. Kletke joined the staff in 1971 and retired in 1990.
