The annual Michigan State University Global Day of Service will take place at varying places and times on Oct. 14 and Oct. 28.

MSU Global Day of Service brings together Spartan alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends around the world to work in their local communities. Everyone is welcome to take part in the Global Day of Service.

The event serves to inspire new service commitments throughout the year.

Interested individuals can contact their local alumni club and volunteer to lead a service project or connect with a local charity or organization and register an individual volunteer service project. If an individual’s place of work supports employee service initiatives, people can gather and coordinate a corporate or business project.
