MSU’s energy future topic of presidential webcast

Michigan State University President Lou Anna K. Simon will host a live webcast, “A Conversation with President Simon about MSU’s Energy Future,” at 9 a.m. Tuesday.

The event will be webcast live on the MSU Energy Transition Website.

Simon, along with other distinguished panelists, will discuss MSU’s energy infrastructure and the steps the university is taking to advance its energy goals. Additionally, the event will provide an opportunity for community feedback and dialogue.

Joining Simon will be Dan Bollman, MSU associate vice president for strategic infrastructure planning and facilities; Richard Lunt, MSU assistant professor of chemical engineering and materials science; Garrick Rochow, vice president of customer experience, rates and regulation and quality for Consumers Energy; and T.J. Kanczuzewski, president of Inovateus Solar.

Questions for President Simon and the panel may be submitted ahead of time via the Energy Transition website and during the event on Twitter, using #MSUEnergy.
