MSU Seminars in Research and Instructional Technology to be held May 10-11

MSU Information Technology coordinates MSU Seminars in Research and Instructional Technology in the spring and fall. The upcoming 2016 seminars offer two days of no-cost workshops on May 10-11.

These seminars are open to faculty, academic staff, and graduate assistants (teaching and research) and take place in computer labs and classrooms on MSU’s East Lansing campus.

Participants may choose from a variety of sessions over two days designed to support teaching and research at MSU. See the full schedule.

Selected seminars provide hands-on instruction in research tools, D2L and learning management systems, library resources, and software training, and other technology resources.

Morning sessions run from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. each day. Afternoon sessions run from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. each day. Choose from one to four sessions over the two-day period.

There will be a full group luncheon with speakers both days from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at the Union. All sessions will start promptly at their scheduled times.

Graduate assistants enroll by calling the MSU IT Service Desk at (517) 432-6200.

The deadline for enrollment is May 6.
