Joe Eisenmann, director of MSU Spartan Performance and assistant professor of pediatric exercise medicine in the College of Osteopathic Medicine, was recently invited to attend the NFL Scouting Combine’s inaugural Performance and Technology Symposium.
As a representative of MSU, Eisenmann was one of 200 industry professionals from across the country to attend. Other leading sports scientists attending included team owners, general managers, coaches, medical staff and performance personnel from the NCAA, NFL, NBA and MLB. The focus of the event was on the emergence and advancement of sports science, analytics and technology in elite sports.
