LookOut! Gallery presents new exhibit

The Residential College in the Arts and Humanities has unveiled a new exhibit, The Painter and the Printmaker: Curts and Thayer, in the LookOut! Art Gallery. It will run through Nov. 21, featuring from work from Michigan-based artists Ilene Curts and Bruce Thayer.

Thayer holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in fine arts, and his work addresses social issues, word play and figurative abstraction. Curts studied life drawing in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and is a still life painter. The couple owns a studio in Michigan. 

 The LookOut! Art Gallery is open Monday through Friday from noon to 3 p.m. and is always free to the public.
