Kellogg Manor House hosts Oktoberfest Dinner

The W.K. Kellogg Manor House will sponsor an Oktoberfest Dinner from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Sept. 30 will feature traditional German dishes, such as Bavarian pretzels, bratwurst, potato pancakes and spaetzle. Each dish will be paired with a different sample of beer.

In addition to learning about beer pairings, the event also will feature a brief presentation on research using algae to clean wastewater from breweries.
