As part of The Doctors Company Variety Series, 10-time Grammy Award-winning singer Bobby McFerrin will perform at Wharton Center at 8 p.m. on Feb. 6 in Cobb Great Hall.
In “Bobby Meets Michigan!” McFerrin will use his unique vocal techniques alongside local Michigan artists and participants from the audience. McFerrin, possibly best known for his hit classic, “Don’t Worry, Be Happy,” has been hailed throughout his career as an artist of many talents.
“The Bobby Meets…” series evolved naturally throughout decades as McFerrin’s love of surprising new sounds drew him toward onstage meetings with guest artists all over the world.
