‘Spartans on Parade for Kids’ raises funds for music students in need

The Michigan State University Community Music School is hosting "Spartans on Parade for Kids" at 7:30 a.m. Nov. 26 at the MSU Detroit Center.

"Spartans on Parade for Kids" will raise funds for music students in financial need. Guests at the MSU Detroit Center will have a window view of Woodward Avenue to watch America’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, a buffet breakfast, bottomless coffee and hot chocolate, live music performed by the school’s students and faculty, and arts and crafts activities for children.

 call 313-578-9716. Prices are $40 for adults and $25 for children 12 and under.

A silent auction will offer items such as restaurant gift certificates, concert tickets and select merchandise.
