The Michigan State University Board of Trustees will meet at 9:30 a.m. Friday in the Board Room of the Hannah Administration Building.
Following are several items the board will consider.
- Authorization to proceed with an upgrade of the campus electrical system on northwest campus.
- Authorization to proceed with a project to construct a new high-voltage switch station, part of a larger project to continue to meet the power needs of the campus.
In addition, the board will receive reports from the president and board chairman, as well as a report on the beginning of the 2015-16 academic year; the gifts, grants and contracts report; and consider several personnel items.
