Spartans earn No. 4 seed in East Region

Michigan State has earned an NCAA bid for the 17th straight year and was named a No. 4 seed in the East Region. The Big Ten Tournament Champion Spartans (26-8) will face No. 13 seed Delaware (25-9) Thursday in Spokane, Wash. Read more at msuspartans.com.
