The MSU Product Center is sponsoring three conferences for small and emerging cooperatives. Their dates and locations are listed below.
- March 17 at the Northwest Michigan Horticultural Research Center in Traverse City
- March 18 at Cabela’s in Dundee
- March 19 at the Southwest Michigan Research and Extension Center in Benton Harbor
The conferences are fit for directors and members of small or recently organized cooperatives as well as anyone contemplating starting such an association. They will provide information about basic cooperative operations including types of cooperatives, member roles and how to sustain a cooperative.
