The MSU Horticulture Gardens will be hosting a holiday open house from noon to 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 4 at the Plant and Soil Sciences Building.
MSU- grown poinsettia plants, holiday center pieces and wreaths will be available for sale at the open house. Enjoy the Capital Area Railway Society model trains and a 16-foot poinsettia tree under evening lights.
Santa will arrive with his sleigh at 5:30 p.m. There also will be holiday children activities.
Parking is free in the garden visitor lot off Bogue Street. No charge for admission.
Poinsettias and greens will continue to be sold weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Dec. 5 to 19.
