MSU partners with White House on campaign against sexual assault: As part of its commitment to prevent, respond to and educate about sexual assault, Michigan State University is joining a new White House campaign aimed at raising awareness about sexual assault and enabling all members of the campus community to take a stand. ESPN2's 'Numbers Never Lie' to broadcast live Sept. 26 from MSU Union: This year's Homecoming theme "Spartans Make Headlines" will be taken to a whole new level Sept. 26. As part of her visit back to her alma mater, the 2014 Homecoming grand marshal, Jemele Hill, '97, will host her ESPN2 show "Numbers Never Lie" with cohost Michael Smith live from noon to 1 p.m. at the MSU Union. As seen in Xconomy- The Hatch Incubator doubles in size: Two years ago, Spartan Innovations was launched to help nurture and commercialize startups founded by Michigan State University students and faculty or from technology developed at MSU. MSU Debate announces 2014-15 season schedule, team pairings: The Michigan State University debate team will compete in 10 tournaments across the country as part of its 2014-15 season. This year, the debate team consists of 22 undergraduate students coached by Will Repko, one of the longest-serving college debate coaches in the country. More >>
