LENS presents 'MSU Opening Doors / Kellogg Company' Oct. 15

The Michigan State University Alumni LENS program presents MSU Opening Doors / Kellogg Company Oct. 15 at Kellogg Company World Headquarters in Battle Creek.

This special Alumni LENS event, in honor of MSU’s Project 60/50, will showcase Kellogg Company’s nationally recognized diversity and inclusion initiatives, Kellogg’s Spartan employees contributing to this dynamic culture and experts on civil rights, including MSU’s role—past, present and future.

Featured guests from MSU include:

  • Debrenna Agbenyiga, associate dean of graduate studies and inclusion in the College of Social Science
  • Paulette Granberry Russell, MSU’s senior adviser to the president for diversity and director of the Office for Inclusion and Intercultural Initiatives

The cost for the event is $55 per person which includes food and two drinks. RSVP by Oct. 8 here

Project 60/50 is a yearlong celebration using the 60th anniversary of Brown v. Board of Education and the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to engage the MSU campus and greater community in a broad range of civil and human rights conversations.
