Faculty members host class on Great Lakes region ecology

MSU faculty members, Kalamazoo Nature Center naturalists and conservation professionals from nonprofit and government agencies are hosting an 11-week class on Great Lakes region ecology.

Participants who complete the course and 40 hours of volunteer work in one year will be awarded a conservation steward certificate and will receive a choice of Michigan Natural Features Inventory publications, a manual and professional instruction.

KNC is hosting the 2013 Conservation Stewardship Program in partnership with MSU Extension and the W.K. Kellogg Biological Station.
