A Healthier Tomorrow

Men live four and a half fewer years on average than women, and it’s six years fewer for black men. Many face health problems in the shadows. To Michigan State University public health researcher Woody Neighbors, that’s unacceptable. Shifting his research focus from data descriptions to solutions, he’s collaborating with community partners in Flint, Michigan, to empower men to make health a priority.
