Richard Saouma, associate dean for MBA, EMBA and professional master’s programs, is an expert in management and business administration. He presented his research called the “Power of Lunch” at the Broad College of Business’ BroadX event in Grand Rapids in 2019. His work explores different methods to improve employee performance over time through peer-to-peer relationships and incentives.
